485信号如何实现无线传输

利用达泰无线通讯模块可以实现485信号的无线传输，本质是通过串口信号与无线信号的协议转换完成数据传输或协议适配。

一、硬件连接与配置

1. 发送端（主站侧）

接线：

将PLC/仪表的485输出端（A+、B-）接入DTD434M模块的485 A（黄线）、485 B（蓝线）端子。

防错设计：模块自带接线端子防反插卡扣，确保级性正确（达泰模块内部已集成120Ω终端电阻）。

供电：

接入 9~24V电源，红线接VCC，黑线接GND。

2. 接收端（从站侧）

相同方式连接目标设备（如触摸屏、DCS系统）的485接口。

二、无线组网拓扑

组网模式

配置方法

适用场景

点对点

1台发送模块 + 1台接收模块

单台PLC控制远程阀门

点对多点

1主模块 + N从模块（节点）

中控室采集10个电表

 

通过以上步骤，可快速将有线485系统升级为无线网络，节省布线成本60%以上，并解决移动设备（如堆取料机、AGV）的通信难题。
