485无线传输通讯模块

达泰电子（如DTD435M系列）的485无线传输模块使用简单，无需编程，普通电工即可操作，以下是核心步骤：

1. 硬件连接

发送端：将模块的RS485接口（A/B端子）与主设备（如触摸屏）的RS485端口连接。

接收端：将模块的RS485接口与从设备（如PLC）的RS485端口连接，确保接线稳固。

供电：为模块接入9-24V直流电源，注意正负勿反接。

 2. 参数配置

信道与波特率：通过拨码开关或配置软件统一发送端与接收端的无线信道、波特率。

协议自适应：模块自动识别Modbus RTU、三菱N:N等协议，无需额外设置。

 

3. 安装与测试

天线安装：插入外置天线，确保无遮挡。

通电测试：上电后模块指示灯常亮或闪烁表示正常。操作触摸屏按钮，若PLC对应输出点响应（如指示灯亮），即通讯成功。
