工业无线io模块是针对恶劣工业环境（如高温、高湿、强电磁干扰）设计的工业级专用设备。核心亮点是强环境适应性，支持- 40℃~85℃宽温工作，可在钢铁车间、化工厂、水泥厂等高振动场景稳定运行。

达泰工业无线io模块支持多种信号类型（如数字输入/输出、模拟输入/输出、混合信号输入/输出等），便于与变频器、PLC、DCS等工业设备或系统无缝对接。

在陕西某海螺水泥无线技改项目中，采用2发1收达泰无线开关量信号传输装置DTD110HCY来实现SNCR系统中氨气浓度远程报警功能。在现场两处氨气浓度监测设备处安装一台达泰DTD110HCY-T无线发射装置，1KM外程控室安装一台达泰DTD110HCY-R无线接收装置，配有两个报警灯并需要人工手动接触报警功能。从而防止氨气浓度超标而造成的安全隐患。
