在工业物联领域，传感器信号的长距离稳定采集常受限于有线部署成本高、环境适应性差等痛点。达泰工业级RS485转无线模块，即插即用，可实现上位机/电脑/触摸屏/PLC对传感器数据的远距离采集。

主要功能：

l 多协议兼容：支持Modbus RTU、西门子PPI、三菱N:N等通讯协议，可与不同品牌PLC、触摸屏、上位机等组网通讯。

l 简化设计：自识别RS-232/485/IO接口，无需编程，无需更改程序，不插卡，即插即用。

l 数据加密：采用全数字加密无线传输方式，确保数据传输的安全性和完整性。

l 环境适应性强：适应于-40℃-85℃/0-90%RH各种恶劣工业环境下长期运行。

 

现场案例：

某化工厂内有四期变电所、循环水站等四个区域，需采集温度和液位信号至主控室。通过在各区域及主控室装RS485转无线模块，实现自组网数据无线传输，以便远程启停风机调控室温，并实时监测循环水液位，防事故且节水。
