PLC无线控制模块-实时状态反馈-全数字加密方式保障数据安全

PLC无线控制模块可以与PLC、DCS等设备或系统无缝对接，主要通过无线通信技术输出控制信号，驱动继电器、电磁阀、变频器等执行机构，实现工业设备的远程控制。PLC无线控制模块的用法纷繁多样，主要包括以下几种场景：

1、移动设备控制

在AGV小车、机器人等移动设备中，通过无线通讯模块实现远程调度与控制，例如苏州电子厂物流系统中，AGV小车根据调度台指令完成加料任务。

2、远程控制设备、实时监测与数据交互

无线模块可实时获取生产线设备的运行状态、工艺参数等信息，并通过组态软件实现远程实时监控。

3、工业物联网组网

支持点对点、点对多点组网，将分散设备（如传感器、仪表）连接至中控室，实现数据集中处理与远程控制。

4、硬件接入方式

通常通过RS485接口、IO接口、网口连接PLC，配置模块参数后即可实现无线通信，部分型号支持即插即用功能。
