在铜业熔铸车间改造项目中，原有行车加料系统采用有线RS485通信，因车间内高温、强电磁干扰环境，导致信号衰减严重，设备故障率高。技术人员引入达泰485无线模块后，无需再进行编程，通过无线自组网通讯技术实现HMI界面与行车PLC的稳定通信，大大提升了生产效率。
