PLC 无线控制模块实现 485 传输，核心在于用无线通讯替代传统有线连接，同时保障通信稳定可靠。

硬件连接上，将 PLC 的 485 端子（A、B）接入模块 485 输入端，实现物理连接。

传输过程中，发送端无线模块将数据转化为电磁波发射，调整发射功率与频率；接收端解调解码后，经 485 驱动器还原为差分信号输出，配合 CRC 校验、数据缓存重传等纠错机制，确保数据准确传输。典型连接拓扑有点对点模式，适用于单一 PLC 与远程设备通信。

以铜加工厂行车与炉台无线通讯系统为例，行车 PLC（主站）与 4 个炉台 PLC（从站）分别安装无线主、从机模块，通过无线传输 Modbus RTU 指令实现智能加料控制。该方案具备简化布线、即插即用、稳定可靠及灵活扩展等优势，广泛适用于工业自动化场景。
